Diet Tips - Start a Food Journal

If I had to say what I think is the single most important thing someone should do to drop the weight, is to keep a record or a food journal of your daily calorie cutting efforts. Researchers say that simply writing down the meals and snakes you eat in a day forces you to reflect on how much you are eating. You can expect to lose almost double when you keep a catalog of the calories you consume. When you become better aware of your choices that you have made throughout the day, your diet will become easier to stick to.

  2. Great! wonderful! I couldn’t agree more. We all have short memories. At the end of the day, how many oof us know what we have or have not eaten, let alone by the end of the week? We just wonder why we aren’t loosing weight? We just KNOW we didn’t eat that much, and what about all that exercise? If we have written everything down, we will know EXACTLY why we haven’t lost any weight!! And that alone will be great motivation.

  4. i heard that too, write down what you eat daily helps to loose weigth. i need to loose like 20 pound in two months,,i need help i am going to brazil with my husband and i want to be able to wear my bikiny..any ideas.
