Sticking to Weight Loss - Challenge Yourself
Try to challenge yourself in your daily exercise routine, it will keep you interested in exercising. Of course don’t set challenges that are too difficult to complete, like a marathon, especially when your just starting out. Try something new, even if your not the athletic type, like yoga, biking, hiking, softball, or basketball. Making small changes in your exercise plan will get BIG results!
Yes, a person who exercises daily, you feel full of vigorous energy.
Nice post buddy, couldn’t agree more. Weight loss is all about three simple things, mindset, diet and exercise
Challenge is a good thing and keeps us from stagnating. We just have to be realistic though. Don’t set a goal so far out of reach that you give up! On the other hand, don’t set a goal so low that you don’t even have to try! That can be just as discouraging because you won’t have the satisfation factor!

Like your idea of exercising this will help me alot. This way i won’t be putting big challenges to my to do list.
Challenging yourself and changing things up is SO important!
Also, remember how important your focus is…the Law of Attraction Key is that whatever you focus on you get more of…
So, focus on the outcome you desire instead of how far you feel from where you want to be.
Make sense? Focus on what you do want (to look and feel great and be healthy) NOT on what you don’t want (how many pounds you have to lose, how unhappy you are with how those jeans fit).
I know it seems basic but this one change of focus makes ALL the difference!

great
Walking is great. No expertise or equipment is required, you can do it anytime and it’s free! What’s more, provided you do it regularly and for long enough, walking can be just as beneficial as any of the more vigorous activities.
I couldn’t agree more. I always use to walk on saturdays and sundays and do jogging daily.
