Diet Ready Food Ideas - Fast Fixes

Adam Drewnowsh; PH.D recently stated at a medical conference “The scale will help people make the best choices when buying breakfast cereal or peanut butter.” Which means of course we need to use a scale to see if the foods we eat everyday are making us unhealthy and making us pack on more pounds. Here are five diet friendly food ideas for you and your family.

1. If your a pizza lover, like myself, then a good place to feed your craving without destroying your diet plans is Lean Cousin’s Deep Dish Pizza. Nutrition information is 9grams of fat and 370 calories.

2. A great way to start your breakfast each morning is a bowl of cereal with fat free milk. The best cereal choice is General Mills Cheerios with only 110 calories per serving. I prefer Honey Nut Cheerios myself, and with only 9grams of sugar and 110 calories your still going to be just fine with it on your diet plan.

3. Lean Cuisine’s best tasting meal, in my opinion, is their Swedish Meatballs, with 8grams of fat, and 300 calories. This is a good meal choice if you don’t have time to make one.

4. One more Lean Cuisine meal idea for the day, is LC’s Chicken Fettuccini with 6grams of fat and 270 calories.

5. Another great way to start your day is to buy egg whites already mixed in your grocery store. It will save time and will cut your calories significantly. Egg whites only have 25 calories per three tablespoons, and no fat.

So there you have it, eating healthy doesn’t always have to taste bad too!

The Lean Cuisines are a perfect example of what a portion should look like. If you don’t want to have a lean cuisine everyday just keep the serving size in mind when your preparing your own foods.

Great work you’re doing. I love to see when people care for others and willing the share any information with them. I love to do that too. Sometimes I wonder if I talk to much, but I can’t help it, I want to help. Thanks again.

You know it’s so true that many of these diets work (or can work), but it really takes commitment to see lasting results. That’s what REALLY causes women to jump from one diet to another.
